1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "s6bet" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operating at s6bet.pro, including all associated products, services, promotions, and software.
• "Platform" means the s6bet website, mobile browser interface, and any related applications or tools made available to registered users.
• "User", "You", "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers, or places wagers on the s6bet Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the s6bet Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit bonus credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all transactions on the s6bet Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process s6bet may require users to complete before processing withdrawals or as part of account security procedures.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the s6bet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and s6bet.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s6bet Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the s6bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. s6bet strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of applicable local law.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where accessing s6bet would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an s6bet employee or contracted third-party service provider with access to Platform systems.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or lacking legal capacity may not use the Platform.

s6bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible individuals will be immediately suspended and any outstanding balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) registered Account on the s6bet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Notify s6bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

s6bet may require you to complete a KYC verification process before approving withdrawals or in response to security concerns. Required documents may include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or evidence of ownership of a payment method used on the account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the s6bet Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer

Deposits are credited to your s6bet Account balance upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. s6bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average during standard operating hours. s6bet reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Account unless an exception is approved by the s6bet compliance team.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on s6bet, including cricket, PSL, Asia Cup, ICC tournaments, table tennis, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. s6bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager under any circumstances, except where s6bet determines in its sole discretion that a technical error or manifest pricing error occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. Cricket bets are typically voided if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Maximum stake limits apply to certain markets and may be adjusted by s6bet at any time without prior notice.
• s6bet reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any Account at its sole discretion, including placing maximum win caps, restricting certain markets, or reducing maximum stake limits on individual accounts.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and may be suspended at any time during a match at s6bet's discretion.
• Any bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement — due to match-fixing, delayed data feeds, or any other means — will be voided and the stake returned or the winnings withheld pending investigation.

7 Casino & Slot Rules

The following rules govern the use of all casino products on s6bet, including live casino tables (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Roulette), slot games, and fishing arcade games such as Shade Dragon Fishing:

• All casino and slot games on s6bet use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of game release and may be verified through the respective game provider.
• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. No claims for reversal of game outcomes will be entertained except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or server disconnection during gameplay, s6bet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from available logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake refunded.
• s6bet reserves the right to remove, replace, or temporarily suspend any casino or slot game at any time for maintenance, licensing, or technical reasons.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

s6bet offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and PSL or cricket-specific seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus balance within your Account and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games and markets. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless s6bet expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person or Account.
• s6bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as Account suspension.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the s6bet Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether for personal use or to exploit bonus offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not permitted by s6bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to s6bet and will be void.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards s6bet staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing s6bet from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy software to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the s6bet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of s6bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the s6bet Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any s6bet content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any s6bet software.
• Use the s6bet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s6bet shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from delayed, interrupted, or failed transactions due to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Any interruption of service, server downtime, or technical malfunction beyond s6bet's reasonable control.

s6bet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

s6bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The following tools are available to all registered s6bet Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen duration (24 hours to 6 months).

14 Amendments to Terms

s6bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, s6bet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the s6bet Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s6bet holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a User and s6bet, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent s6bet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
